Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked returns and exchange policy, starting from the day you receive the product. During this period, you can also verify the authenticity of our products yourself. Please note that after this period, we may not be able to assist you with returns or exchanges.

Return/Exchange Process:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please ensure that the return package is sent to the address provided after your return request. If sent to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply, and using the wrong delivery service may result in the warehouse rejecting the delivery.

Tags and Condition:
For all returns and exchanges, the original tags must not be removed from the products. Only products with intact tags and in their original condition will be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
Undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before placing an order for such items.

No Warranty on Watches:
Please note that there is no warranty provided on watches purchased from us.

Return Options:
You can either send the package yourself or arrange for us to handle the return shipping.

Inspection and Approval:
All returned or exchanged products will be inspected thoroughly by our warehouse team. Refunds will only be issued if the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered and with its tags intact.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 21 days after the product has been inspected and approved by the warehouse.

Exchanges:
To exchange a product, simply place a new order for the desired item and request a return for the original one, provided it's within the return/exchange period and the product has its tags intact.

Non-Refundable Charges:
For exchanges or returns, one-time charges such as card fees, delivery fees, and custom duties are non-refundable. These charges are paid to third-party services, and we are not liable for them.

Requesting a Return, Cancellation or Exchange:
If you would like to initiate a return, cancellation or exchange, please email us at orders@luxuryonly.ae with your request. Our team will guide you through the process.

    Cancellations

    You can cancel your order at any time before it has been packed and dispatched. After dispatch, we will not be able to cancel the order.

      Damaged Goods

      If you receive damaged goods, the warehouse will take full responsibility and offer either a refund or an exchange free of cost. To report damaged goods:

      1. Inform us via email within 7 days of receiving the product.
      2. Include proof of the damage (e.g., photos).
      3. Once the warehouse accepts the return, the refund or exchange will be processed.
