We deliver exclusively through certified and reliable delivery partners, FedEx, DHL and UPS, to ensure that the luxury items purchased by our customers receive the best service and delivery options available.
Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 8-10 business days after the order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges:
The delivery charge is already included in the price of the item. Customers will not need to pay any additional delivery fees unless they request quicker delivery, which will incur extra charges.
Custom Duties:
As our products are sourced globally, you may be required to pay custom duties directly to the delivery partner. While we are unable to cover these fees, we provide a coupon code to help offset most or all of the custom duties if your order is eligible. This coupon can be applied to your next order for additional discounts. To avail of this discount, customers can share the proof of customs paid by emailing it to orders@luxuryonly.ae. Once verified, a coupon code will be provided for your next purchase.
